I found a new notepad that I really like. It's a pretty thick paper with a smooth finish. The pencil glides along smoothly on it and it seems to hold ink very well. The problem is that it's pretty small - about 4x4 inches. There is no brand name on it but I'm gonna ask the art supply store I bought it at to help me find some of the same paper in a bigger format.

Nah, I just wanted to draw an elderly gentleman with an interesting face. Disturbingly often when I just want to draw a random face, I comes out looking like someone famous. Personally, I think that means there are just too many famous people in the world.
The movie you're thinking of is called Zardoz, by the way.
